Anthilia BIT Parallel Fund

The fund

Anthilia BIT Parallel Fund is a Private Debt fund parallel to Anthilia BIT, also specialized in bond issuances by Italian SMEs. The fund, set up in February 2016, has 30,3 mln € under management and is almost entirely dedicated to Fondo Italiano d’Investimento fund of funds, which is its main investor. The fund participates pari passu in Anthilia BIT investments, according to a pre-established co-investment agreement and, by extension, benefits from the EIF guarantee on eligible portfolio transactions.
