Founded in 1994 by the current president and CEO Valerio Presezzi, assisted by his son Bruno, co-CEO of the Group, Presezzi is one of the leading manufacturers in Italy specializing in extrusion and melting plants for all non-ferrous alloys, providing complete support in all phases of development and implementation to large companies active in different sectors (automotive, air-sea, transport, construction, etc.) all over the world. With plants in Vimercate and Mantua and 190 employees, in recent years the Group has evolved, becoming a manufacturer of complete extrusion plants and achieving excellent strategic positioning. Since 2000, the Group has started an expansion project in Eastern Europe and Asia, joined since 2013 by development plans in the United States, Canada and Mexico. In 2018 the Group achieved a value of production of over Euro 70 million (+ 30.7% compared to 2014), an EBITDA margin of approximately 10% and an export share of 95%.
