Founded in 2013, TrenDevice S.p.A. is an innovative SME leader on the Italian market in the application of the principles of the circular economy to the sector of the marketing of smartphones (approx. 85% of 2019 revenues) and high-end electronic devices, such as computers, tablets and smartwatches, in order to extend them the life cycle. Since 2013, the Company has reconditioned over 60,000 used products thanks to a 100% internalized reconditioning process. To date, the Company boasts over 350,000 registered users and over 1,000 requests for evaluation of used vehicles per day. It has had over 80,000 customers since 2013, with a repeat purchase of approximately 34% and a customer satisfaction rate of 92% (unchanged from 2017, despite the increase in volumes). During the three-year period 18-20, the Company recorded a sales CAGR of 34% and 75% at the EBITDA level. TrenDevice’s activity has also allowed, in 2020, a saving of over 1,500 tons of CO2. In Q4 2020, the Company completed the process of listing ordinary shares and warrants on the AIM market of the Italian Stock Exchange, the first player in the sector to be listed in Europe.
