The issue of the bonds will allow the Group to intervene in support of the financing of the development plan which envisages, on the one hand, the acquisition of plants on the secondary market through Madre Holding, and on the other, the construction of new greenfield plants through Ancora Holding. , taking advantage of the new legislation on incentive rates.

Both bonds are backed by the guarantee of the MCC Central Guarantee Fund at 80%.
