The operation consists of the issuance of two bonds, for an amount equal to € 3.85 million (SACE bond) and € 15.15 million. The two bonds – subscribed by Anthilia, Finint, Ver Capital and Banco di Credito P. Azzoaglio – will help to consolidate the competitive positioning of the Company in the education sector, which aims to strengthen its training offer, also by investing in the use of contents in digital mode.
