The transaction – a direct lending financing from Anthilia BIT III and Anthilia BIT IV funds – is aimed at the acquisition of Cosmelux Srl by PM & Partners, a private equity company that will lead the company through an ambitious development project aimed at further strengthening in the world of cosmetics, to be pursued by penetrating new segments and geographies, as well as entering complementary markets. The development strategy will also be implemented through acquisitions. Cosmelux’s founders, the Zorloni family, will reinvest in the operation with a minority stake.
