Anthilia Capital Partners SGR, together with Finint SGR and Banca Finint, financed the acquisition by Alcedo SGR, a leading Private Equity operator, of 80% of Friulair Srl’s capital, taking over the stake from the founder Luigi Vaccaro and Rita Micheli. The former will maintain a 20% stake in the company and his role as CEO, supporting Alcedo in the realization of an ambitious industrial project.
