The bond issue – divided into two tranches, one of € 8 million subscribed by the Anthilia funds and one of € 4 million subscribed by the controlling shareholder – will allow the Company to intervene to support the investments connected to the preparatory activities for the development of a multi-year pipeline on the reference markets, over half consisting of projects to be developed by virtue of commercial agreements already in place.
